Exhibitor Registration

On behalf of the WSAA Board of Directors, thank you for registering to exhibit at this year's conference. We look forward to hosting you at our annual event at the La Jolla Marriott in San Diego, CA.

Please click the registration link below to be re-directed to a secure online web payment form to enter your registration details and make your payment. The Early Bird Exhibitor Fee is $1,250 before September 30th and includes 2 Attendees and 6-Foot table upon which you may display your table-top display and marketing materials. Be sure to indicate whether or not you will need an electrical supply and/or high-speed Internet access at your table for an additional fee.

Pricing will be $1,500 after September 30th, 2010.

For additional Attendees, the cost is $150 each. After you complete your Exhibitor registration, you will need to register each additional Attendee individually by clicking on the Attendee Registration button.

The format for exhibiting at the WSAA conference is table-top only display, no free-standing exhibits/booths are allowed. All registered exhibitors must use the table provided in the exhibitor hall. Exhibitors must set up and tear down their displays only during the approved times. Early tear down is not allowed. For safety and fairness for all exhibitors, WSAA provides specific table-top display rules that must be followed.

The WSAA does not allow exhibitor companies to "booth share". This practice is where two companies attempt to share exhibitor table space and save registration fees. Representatives of exhibitor companies must register separately and pay separate fees.

WSAA will also make available a limited number of Roaming Exhibitor spaces, once the Exhibitor space is sold-out. Roaming Exhibitors do not have an Exhibitor table. The Fee will be $1,500 and will include 2 attendees. For additional Attendees, the cost will be $150 each.

The WSAA Board monitors all registrations and the registration is not valid until confirmed by receipt of a WSAA confirmation email.

Refunds are only permitted by a review of the WSAA Board.

Attendee Registration

The Attendee Fee of $75 ($125 day of the show) includes access to all Sessions, the Exhibit Hall, all Meals and a complimentary pass to the Field Guide for ISO’s Seminar.

Please be sure to indicate whether or not you plan to attend the seminar on the payment form. Attendees will need to register individually so that we may gather important information regarding each attendee’s registration. If you will be registering multiple people at one time, you will still need to register each attendee individually so that we may gather important information regarding each attendee’s registration.

All Attendees must be individuals and not Exhibitors and/or Vendors. WSAA will examine all registrations of every Attendee to verify qualification. The WSAA Board reserves the right to make the final determination as to who qualifies as either an Attendee or Exhibitor.
